BLS Initial Class
$75
- Four-hour class
- For first-time students or anyone with an expired BLS card
- Includes the required skills practice and test
- BLS Provider Card issued after successful completion
BLS Renewal Class

- Three-hour class
- For students with a current, unexpired BLS card
- Includes the required skills practice and test
- BLS Provider Card issued after successful completion
Training open to the community
You do not have to be a medical professional to learn lifesaving skills.
Classes are available to healthcare professionals, childcare providers, first responders, workplace teams, churches, parents, and members of the general public. Students must be able to read, write, and complete the required test.
Private group classes and on-site training are also available for businesses and organizations.

Which class should I choose if my BLS card has expired?
You must register for the BLS Initial Class if your provider card has expired.
Where are classes held?
Classes are primarily held at Station Square, 301 S. Church Street, Rocky Mount, NC 27804.
What is the cancellation and lateness policy?
Payments are nonrefundable. Registration may be rescheduled. Students arriving more than five minutes late must reschedule.
